Before consulting, Ryan spent years in corporate leadership and advisory roles across organisations including GE, HSBC, ANZ, CBA and Westpac, where he led a program office that delivered $8 million in annual savings and $55 million in net benefits. That grounding in large-scale operational and financial discipline is what he now brings to smaller businesses: practical, data-led, and focused on outcomes rather than theory.
